In re Estate of Henry Schwartz Deceased
PETITION
Your petitioner Christina Schwartz who is of legal age, shows: 
That Henry Schwartz late a resident of Lincoln, in Lancaster County Nebraska, 
died at Lincoln, in Lancaster Co, Nebraska on or about the 16 day of February, A.D. 
1896 leaving a last will and testament, executed in due form of law, as your petitioner 
believes which is now on file in this Court:  That the subscribing witnesses to said 
instrument are Henry Horn of Lincoln, Nebraska, and Conrad Spahn of Lincoln, 
Nebraska; that said Will nominated no one as executor thereof, and that – is willing to 
accept the trust as ---, that said decedent died seized of real estate in said Lancaster 
County of the estimated value of $500 and of real estate in Lincoln of the estimated 
value of $500, the annual rentals of all said real estate amounting to about $72.; that 
the said decedent was possessed of personal property in the said State of Nebraska
of the estimated value of $175. 
Your petitioner further shows that the devisees, legatees, heirs at law in the absence 
of a will, and other persons interested in said matter are as follows:

Your petitioner therefore prays that a day may be fixed for hearing the proof of the execution of said 
instrument; that all the parties interested herein may be notified by publication three weeks prior to 
said hearing, to show if any there be, why said instrument shall not be recorded as the last will 
and testament of said decedent, and why administration of said estate shall not be granted to 
Christina Schwartz of Lincoln, Nebraska as Administratrix with will annexed.

Christina Schwartz being duly sworn, says that that she signed the foregoing petition, and that the 
facts therein state are true as she verily believes.
